New products purchased from TotalHomeDecor.com that arrived defective, arrived in damaged condition or are still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
TotalHomeDecor.com may test returned item(s) and impose a customer restocking fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Below are exceptions to the general thirty (30) day rule:
- Merchandise purchased from another Vendor cannot be
returned to Total Home Decor.
- Sales of the following items are final and may not be returned
- Videos via download
- Videos sold on USB

Merchandise must be returned to Total Home Decor in order to receive a refund. Return shipping costs are not refundable and are the responsibility of the purchaser. It is recommended that you obtain package tracking for your returned item(s).pr

Generally, orders placed before 1pm on a business day will go out same day. For orders placed after 1pm we will do our best but they may go out next business morning.
